If you supply us with a working email, we will input it into our shipping program and it be emailed when it ships. Some times multiple labels are made at the time of the original shipment. So if you receive one shipment, and the first package says, 1 of 3, and the other two say "billing info received", chances are we still have it and we are waiting for a part to include in the final packages. When we ship a product to a client with UPS, you will recieve an email from UPS Quantum View. It will give you the number of packages, the shipping address it is going to and links to track it along the way. Sometimes packages come in multiple shipments. To view all of your packages and there progress, click on the tracking number. There will be a "Show Packages in this Shipment" link in blue about the middle of the page.
