What a hectic month January was. The launch of our new website was incredible, business was unbelievable and, I repeat and, I needed to finish our 58 and the car hauler before we left. Um, busy eh? Just a little bit.
At the start of January, I planned on replacing the wood on our trailer with the composite decking that is made now so i did not have to replace it in the future. Upon removing the wood from the trailer, I found that much more needed to be looked at. SO a complete trailer overhaul was necessary. New paint, new lights, new wood, new stickers, new tires, new tie downs, you name it, we replaced it. But as you can see, it turned out sweet! Did I mention, I finished it the day before we left to Daytona? Ya, I know. Cutting it close. But it looked like I planned it that way, lol.

Lots to do and never enough accomplished. Dec. 24th, the day before Christmas, I had shipped out as much as I could and now its time to get ready for the holidays and Glamis with friends and family.
Earlier in the year, I pulled the BIG motor out of my buggy to install in Super BAD while the Big, Big motor, the 2609cc gets built. So I had 2 days to get it into the buggy, clean it up and load it on the trailer for Glamis. Luckily, I had everything to do it and just after I installed it, the power went out in the whole city of Surprise. What do I do in a time of no power? Tune the buggy, adjust the valves, oil change etc. I got it running pretty nice.
