Q: How does a shockless beam ride?
A: Smooth.The perfect fit of the delrin bushing and the control arms gives the vehicle an ultra-smooth suspension cycle. The common thought is it would ride like a cement truck, but that can't be farther from the truth. Here is a video showcasing the beam itself.

Q: My control arms don’t slide into the Ultimate Beam easily. Do I need to purchase your arm set?
A: Not at all! If your control arms aren’t sliding in smoothly, it’s likely due to wear from years of use. Most stock arms haven’t been serviced, which causes them to develop a slight build-up or rough spots. Simply polish your arms with emory cloth until they slide in easily and smoothly. This step is crucial for achieving a smooth, comfortable ride. Skipping it or forcing the arms in could result in poor vehicle handling. Q: What kind of time is typical for installation?
A: Roughly 4 hours if you have general VW knowledge and follow our very detailed installation guide.
