We take for granted a vehicle stopping in an adequate amount of time.
Classic Volkswagens don't have brakes that can be counted on, time after
time, at least not on today's highways when needed most. It's time to
change that. It's time to install an American-Made disc brake kit that
exceeds expectations every time. It's time for a set of BAD Series Disc
Brakes from your friends at Airkewld.
The
GEN 2 set of BAD Series Brakes brings new life to a tried and true disc
brake conversion. Any conversion offered by the PRO's will come with
all the necessary parts to install; you will only need to supply the
brake fluid and furnish the lug nuts required to fit your actual wheels.
If you need to know what you need,
check out this article.

The rotors consist of three parts; the hub, the bolt pattern, and the
rotor. All parts are made in the USA with high-end CNC machines. The BAD
Series rotors have a lifetime warranty as well. If you wear one out, we
will send you a new one free; pay shipping. These hubs allow the
interchanging of bolt patterns. What does this mean? If you order them
with a Chevrolet 5x4.75 bolt pattern and you want to install Porsche
wheels a few months later, you can! All it takes is removing the bolt
patterns from the rotors and installing the new ones. Track WidthZero Added Track with all applications Parts that come in this kit

Recommendations
- Use an air impact to tighten the rear rotors, not a torque tool as per install guide instructions
Wilwood Rear Caliper Options - No eBrake Provisions- Because
these do not have e-brake provisions, these brakes are not street
legal. To remove ourselves from the liability, we have created rear
brackets that do not have holes in them so that the installer would need
to drill holes to hang the calipers. This would then make the product
altered/customized and would take the liability off of us and allow us
to legally sell them.
