Q: Do I need to modify my vehicle’s body to install the Ultimate Beam?
A: No body modifications are required! The Ultimate Beam is designed to fit directly into your existing setup. The inside dimension is 29 13/16", giving you just 1/16" of clearance on each side—so it's a clean, easy install without any cutting or welding. It's truly a bolt-in solution, saving you time and hassle.

Q: How is the beam narrowed by 4 inches when there’s only 1/2 inch on each side of my stock beam?
A: Great question! To achieve the 4-inch narrowing, we strategically use the outer ends of the tubes and gusset outward, which gives us the additional space needed. This technique maintains structural integrity while providing the track width and versatility you need. Q: Will this beam work with both Air Ride and Static suspension setups?
A: Absolutely! The Ultimate Beam is designed to accommodate both Air Ride and Static suspension systems. Keep in mind, when using Air Ride, the adjuster will not be functional. However, whether you’re running air or static, this beam will work seamlessly for your suspension needs.

Q: My control arms don’t slide into the Ultimate Beam easily. Do I need to purchase your arm set?
A: Not at all! If your control arms aren’t sliding in smoothly, it’s likely due to wear from years of use. Most stock arms haven’t been serviced, which causes them to develop a slight build-up or rough spots. Simply polish your arms with emory cloth until they slide in easily and smoothly. This step is crucial for achieving a smooth, comfortable ride. Skipping it or forcing the arms in could result in poor vehicle handling. Q: Why is the lower bushing wider than the upper bushing?
A: The wider lower bushing is a deliberate update we’ve made to optimize your suspension setup. This design allows for the best possible camber adjustment when using a lowered ball joint suspension. It positions the eccentric at the center of the adjustment range, ensuring that you can achieve the ideal alignment—whether you’re at stock height or have your ride slammed. This feature is all about giving you maximum control over your vehicle’s performance and appearance.
