⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Fully assembled, PRO-reviewed, and ready to bolt in—built to adjust your Classic VW the right way.
The Smart Way to Adjust a Ball Joint Volkswagen
The simplest and most cost-effective way to raise or lower a 1966–1968 Classic VW Beetle or Ghia is with a Complete ECObuilt Front Axle Beam Assembly.
When the PROs say complete, they mean it.
This beam arrives fully assembled and bolt-in ready, so you don’t have to hunt for parts, guess at compatibility, or worry about missing components.
Every ECObuilt Beam is reviewed by a PRO for correctness before it ships — including brakes, wheels, and suspension fitment.
If anything needs clarification, we’ll contact you before proceeding.
That’s how ECObuilt stays simple and safe.
Why ECObuilt Makes Sense
Bolt-In & Go
This is a true bolt-in solution. Most installations are completed in under 4 hours with basic hand tools. No cutting, no welding—just remove the old beam and bolt this one in.
Built Right, Without the Extras
ECObuilt is designed for customers who want correct fitment and reliable performance without premium finishes or upgraded materials.
You still get:
-
Proper geometry
-
Correct assembly
-
PRO-level inspection
Just without the extra refinement found in PRObuilt.
Smooth, Reliable Ride
Designed with proper shock leverage and 7.5 inches of usable suspension travel, this beam delivers a smooth, predictable ride whether you’re cruising at stock height or adjusting your stance.
No binding. No harshness. Just solid performance.
Ready to Ship
Residential and commercial delivery options are available, including lift gate service.
? ECObuilt vs PRObuilt — What’s the Difference?
Both ECObuilt and PRObuilt beams are assembled by the PROs and reviewed for correctness before shipping.
The difference is not safety or fitment — it’s materials, finish, and level of refinement.

PRO’s Recommendations
Better Stopping Power:
Pair your ECObuilt Beam with one of our Disc Brake Kits (1966–1968 or 1969–1977 applications) for safer, more consistent braking.
Tighter Steering Feel:
If your steering coupler is worn, replacing it while the beam is out is an easy and effective upgrade.
Fitment & FAQs
Do I need to modify my car to install this beam?
No. This is a true bolt-in solution for 1966–1968 Ball Joint vehicles. No body modifications are required.
Do I need to send in a core?
No core is required.
If you return usable arms, spindles, and steering box components (packed in a 5-gallon bucket), a $200 core rebate will be issued once received.
