⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - "Upgrade your Classic VW with a stainless hardline fuel system—no rubber, no clamps, no fumes. Fire-proof, reliable, and built to protect your engine bay for life." - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Airkewld Stainless Steel Hardline Kit is the ultimate upgrade for your Classic VW fuel system. Each kit comes with pre-bent .375" stainless steel tubing that can be cut to length for your specific application. Designed to eliminate weak links and rubber failures, this system gives you confidence in the most fire-prone area of your vehicle—the engine bay.

What’s Included

  • Carb fittings

  • B-nuts & sleeves

  • Tee fitting

  • Gauge adapter

  • Liquid-filled PSI gauge

  • Tin union with nut

  • 2x mandrel-bent carb lines

  • 1x center line

  • 1x drop-down line

You will also need:

  • A cutting tool (tubing cutter recommended)

  • A 37° flaring tool (available in our tool section)

Why Upgrade?

If you own a Classic Volkswagen, you already know the risk: engine bay fires. The stock fuel system was never designed for today’s fuels, heat, or performance upgrades. Rubber lines crack. Clamps loosen. Fumes escape. Fires happen.

Sound familiar?

  • You just installed a rebuilt engine.

  • You’re running dual Weber IDFs or HPMXs.

  • You used rubber fuel hose with clamps because “that’s how it’s always been done.”

It’s time for a better solution.

The Problem with Rubber Fuel Lines

? GAS FUMES = FIRE HAZARD ?
If you smell fuel in or around your VW, you’re on borrowed time. Vapor leaks don’t wait—they ignite.

Here’s what every Classic VW owner should do immediately:
✅ Relocate your fuel filter under the gas tank
✅ Replace rubber fuel lines every 3–5 years
✅ Vent the gas tank with a charcoal filter
✅ Check carb and fuel pump connections often

But why keep patching a broken system?

The Permanent Fix

With the Airkewld Stainless Steel Hardline System, you eliminate:
? Rubber fuel lines
? Hose clamps
? 60-year-old connections

Instead, you get:
✔ A sealed, vapor-free, stainless system
✔ OEM-quality bends and fitment
✔ A fuel delivery system you can trust

The Bottom Line

Your Classic Volkswagen deserves more than a fire hazard under the decklid. Upgrade once. Drive with confidence. Protect your VW—and your family—from unnecessary risk.

? Don’t wait until it’s too late. Install your Stainless Steel Hardline Fuel System this weekend and enjoy worry-free cruising.

This is the BEST FUEL system you can buy. There is just so much room in the engine compartment. When a pair of IDF's are added there is even less. Rubber Fuel lines and clamps work, sort of. Stainless braided lines are bulkier and work, again sort of. This KIT is the one. Give your self a break from trying one or both of the other types, it will save you in the end. This kit has every thing you need, except a flaring tool and a tube cutter. No clamps, the fuel lines and fuel pressure gauge are self supporting. It's a very clean installation. The fuel lines when assembled become a fuel manifold, no leaks nothing flopping around and plenty of room for throttle linkages, spark plug wires, and whatever you want to add.

I have been after one of these kits for a good few years and nobody in the UK seems to sell them. I finally bit the bullet and sent my pennies and I'm glad I did. The quality of the kit is outstanding, I can't wait to fit it. Being an ocean away I had a few reservations about long distance shipping and the Airkewld team did everything they could to keep me updated on the order and made sure it got to me in one piece. I'll definitely be ordering again when funds allow, it's a real shame there isn't a stockist in the UK.
