These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Airkewld LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("Airkewld," "we," "us," or "our"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through airkewld.com (the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or contacting us through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Site or place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Products, Descriptions, and Pricing

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and pricing accurately. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, photographs, fitment information, or other content are error-free. Colors, finishes, and dimensions may vary slightly from images shown.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, and limit order quantities at our discretion, even after an order has been confirmed.

4. Orders and Payment

Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.

5. Shipping and International Orders

We ship domestically within the United States and internationally to select countries. Shipping times, methods, and costs are calculated at checkout and are estimates only. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

International customers: You are the importer of record and are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the order total and are not collected by Airkewld. Refusal to pay such charges or to accept delivery may result in the package being returned or abandoned, and any resulting costs may be deducted from your refund.

7. SMS Terms and Conditions

7.1 SMS Consent Communication

The information (including phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

7.2 Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive text messages from Airkewld, you may receive messages related to the following:

• Customer service replies — responses to inquiries you submit through our Contact Us form, including questions about products, fitment, availability, orders, and other support topics.

These are conversational messages exchanged between you and an Airkewld team member in response to a request you initiated.

7.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of your inquiry. On average, you may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week related to your active conversation with our team. There is no recurring or scheduled messaging program — messages are sent only as part of a back-and-forth conversation.

7.4 Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if a message is sent domestically (within the United States) or internationally. Airkewld is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

7.5 Opt-In Method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Airkewld by checking the SMS consent box on our Contact Us form located at https://www.airkewld.com/contact-us and submitting the form with a valid phone number. Opting in is voluntary and is not required to submit the contact form or to do business with us.

7.6 Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To opt out, simply reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you confirm that you are the subscriber of the wireless number provided, or that you are authorized to provide the number for this purpose, and that you are at least 18 years of age.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and software — is the property of Airkewld or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission, except as needed to view the Site or place an order in the ordinary course.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of any third party; (c) submit false or misleading information; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site; or (f) engage in automated scraping, data mining, or harvesting without our written consent.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airkewld disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, pass through to the end purchaser according to the terms set by the manufacturer. Airkewld is not the manufacturer of most products it sells and makes no independent warranty regarding fitment, performance, durability, or suitability for any particular vehicle or application unless expressly stated in writing.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Airkewld, its members, officers, employees, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product purchased through the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Airkewld's total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms or related to a product purchased through the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Airkewld and its members, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, your use or installation of any product purchased, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
