The factory VW wing nut clutch adjuster slips, slaps your knuckles cold, and never holds the same feel twice. The Six Shooter ends that — for good.
Process — Not Parts — Determines Performance
Six ergonomic finger pockets machined right into the body. One pocket = one click of pedal feel — spin it by hand, lock-in grip, no tool required. That is the upgrade in one sentence.
The original German wing nut was a marginal experience even when new — a 5-out-of-10 on its best day. What is on most cars now is a soft replacement that strips, slips, and feels like a week of not shaving. Try adjusting it cold and you have already met the propeller — that knuckle-slap that earns a Go#$&#)$)*_#@)_*$*it!!! We have all been there. So we built the fix and gave it a name we are not embarrassed about.

Why It Works
Six finger pockets vs. two wing tabs. Triple the contact points. Your fingers lock into the pocket instead of skidding off a soft tab.
Adjusts by hand — cold, hot, or greasy. Contoured grips mean no propeller, no knuckle-slap, no fishing in the toolbox.
Hard metal, not mush. No soft import nut that strips the first time you crank on it.
Roadside repeatable. Spin it by hand, count the pockets, dial back to the feel you set on the lift. No wrench needed.
Pedal target made simple. 1/2" to 3/4" of free play at the top of the pedal — every time, every chassis.
Choose Your Finish
Raw Steel The base. Coat with paint, oil, or anti-seize before install.

We built two install resources because process is what determines performance. Use either. Use both. Send them to the buddy in your garage who skips the lube step.

Wow! What a difference. I was so tired of hurting my fingers and using vice grips to adjust the clutch cable nut. This is SO much easier. The oblong shape of the protrusion holds firm and the six shooter shape of the nut makes it super easy to adjust. I wish VW did this from the start.
Thanks guys!
